There’s nothing to prepare or rehearse. We’ll welcome you into a relaxed setting, make you comfortable and explain everything before we begin.

A friendly interviewer will guide the conversation with simple questions about the people, places and moments that have shaped your life.

This is a paid filming session. We’ll explain the payment, location and practical details before you decide whether you’d like to take part.
